Kazimieruk CNC specializes in the processing of large dimensions (up to 25 tons) and our company technological capabilities allow for the processing of parts with very complex shapes. That is being taken care of by our modern and high-end equipment – Pama Speedram 2000, Waldrich Coburg Taurus, Mazak Versatech V140N and other machine tools. We are experts in mechanical processing of steel structures for rolling stock, housings, injection mold parts and other special tools (cutting dies, tools for stamping, foaming, vacuum forming, etc.). For many years, we have been manufacturing control and measurement instruments, various types of instrumentation and production stations according to documentation prepared by our company’s design department or provided by clients.
An important element of our production plan is the repair and modification of tools.
We are proud of our competences in the regeneration of injection molds for manufacturers of installation fittings.
Production takes place in three connected halls.
The first production hall is equipped with a 10-ton crane while the second and the third halls 20- and 30- ton cranes respectively. The total area of the halls is approximately 5,000 m2
